ALL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE

Please read through our policies below, and contact us if you have any questions. We will make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

  • Customer Service can be reached through email at store@audioa.com.
  • Items described as “On Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items that are being returned/exchanged should be shipped to: 7106 Crossroads Blvd Suite 215 Brentwood, TN 37027
  • If your item arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 5 business days (M-F) of receiving the item and we will gladly replace it.
  • Any worn, soiled, altered, or customer-damaged items cannot be returned or exchanged and will be shipped back to you at your cost and no refund issued.

RETURNS:

  • You will be eligible for a refund only if the product arrives back to us within 30 days from the day the order was originally delivered.
  • Refunds will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • The following items are non-returnable unless you receive a damaged item:
    Items marked as ‘On Sale’ at the time of purchase.

EXCHANGES:

  • Exchanges are available exclusively for orders that ship to the contiguous USA.
  • We offer only one exchange per order.
  • Deeply discounted or closeout items cannot be exchanged as we cannot guarantee specific sizes or designs are still in stock.
  • If your item arrives damaged, not as described, or is simply the wrong size for you, please contact us within 30 business days (M-F) of receiving the item and we will gladly replace it.
  • If your requested size is out of stock when we receive your package you will be issued a refund.
  • You must include a copy of your receipt along with a request for refund.
  • All items must be in their original packaging and in sellable condition.
  • Any worn, soiled, altered, or customer-damaged items will be shipped back to you at your cost and no refund issued. If you cannot be reached with your provided contact information within 30 days from when you initially received the item in question to purchase a ship charge to ship the un-returnable item back to you, the item will be destroyed and no refund will be issued.
